1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Distribly (tradesflow.trade), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

Our platform is intended for registered businesses and wholesale buyers. You must be at least 18 years old and represent a valid business entity to create an account and place orders.

3. Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to change without notice. Orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability.

4. Minimum Order Quantity

Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply to all products and are specified on each product page. Orders below the stated MOQ may not be processed.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of order unless you have an approved credit account. We accept FPX, DuitNow, Maybank2u, and approved bank transfers. All transactions are processed securely.

6. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Distribly is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Damaged or defective products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Products must be in original condition. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approved returns.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including product images, text, and branding, is the property of Distribly Sdn. Bhd. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Distribly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
